<p>L&#8217;epoca post-pandemia, il <a href="https://themillennial.it/relazioni/psico/millennial-burnout-stress-ansia-depressione/">burnout prolungato</a> e <a href="https://themillennial.it/news/lavoro/conflitto-generazionale-mondo-del-lavoro/">i conflitti generazionali</a>, che rendono gli uffici simili a gironi infernali, hanno fatto schizzare la linea delle <a href="https://themillennial.it/news/lavoro/millennial-e-lavoro/">dimissioni volontarie</a> verso l&#8217;alto. Nemmeno l&#8217;incertezza economica e le bollette a scadenza ravvicinata hanno impedito ai millennial di <strong>abbandonare il posto fisso</strong>.</p>
<p>Ma cosa può fare chi, invece, decide di restare? Concordiamo tutti sul fatto che ultimamente trovare gioia nel proprio lavoro sembra difficile, a volte impossibile. Siamo forse anche noi parte del problema? In un certo senso, sì. Ecco perché prima di saltare sul <strong>grande Carro delle dimissioni</strong>, o passare le pause chiusi in bagno a piangere, <strong>possiamo (e dobbiamo) provare la nuova arte del <em>Job Crafting</em></strong>.</p>

<h2>Cosa è il Job Crafting</h2>
<p><span class="Y2IQFc" lang="it"><strong>Amy Wrzesniewski</strong>, professoressa di comportamento organizzativo alla <em>Yale School of Management</em>, <a href="https://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/job-crafting-meaningful-work" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ha condotto una ricerca</a> su quello che lei stessa ha rinominato <em>Job Crafting</em>. Durante il suo studio, Wrzesniewski ha intervistato un gruppo di addetti alle pulizie di un ospedale, nel sottoporre le domande si è accorta come le persone, nonostante stessero tutte svolgendo lo stesso lavoro, <strong>descrivessero il loro ruolo in maniera completamente diversa</strong>. </span>Il primo gruppo, decisamente insoddisfatto, descriveva le proprie mansioni così come erano state inserite nell&#8217;annuncio di lavoro; il secondo, al contrario, <strong>poneva una grande enfasi su tutti i compiti svolti</strong>, allargando anche i confini delle proprie competenze. Molti addetti delle pulizie del secondo gruppo cambiavano il proprio titolo: alcuni si definivano &#8220;ambasciatori dell&#8217;ospedale&#8221;, altri dicevano di &#8220;aiutare i pazienti a sentirsi meglio&#8221;.</p>
<p><span class="Y2IQFc" lang="it">Ma a parte il modo in cui lavoravano, <strong>i due gruppi non avevano altre differenze</strong>: erano collocati tutti nelle stesse unità, interagivano con le stesse persone e avevano gli stessi turni. Il secondo gruppo era felice per natura? O aveva semplicemente aspettative più basse e facili da realizzare? Nessuna delle due. Il secondo applicava inconsciamente il <em>Job Crafting</em>: i dipendenti </span><strong><span class="Y2IQFc" lang="it">personalizzavano in modo attivo compiti e relazioni con gli altri, creando un lavoro appagante.</span></strong></p>
